The most important thing to know about plan prices is that all prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable indirect taxes (GST, VAT …).
We will bill you in US dollars and you must pay us in US dollars. However, if you wish to pay in a different currency, then please contact us to extend the agreement to allow payments in a different currency.
Next you should be aware that we bill all plan fees in advance and you need to pay them in advance, otherwise we will first suspend and subsequently terminate your service which will result in a total loss of recordings. Unlike the plan fees, in the rare event that you incur excess usage fees, the excess usage fees are billed in arrears. However, similar to the plan fees, if you fail to pay the excess usage fees in the agreed time, then we will first suspend and subsequently terminate your service which will result in a total loss of recordings.
Finally you should know that your minimum commitment is the amount of the plan fee for one month.
