Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade at each monthly anniversary date during your subscription. Please let us know at least 10 days in advance that you intend to change plans so there is plenty of time to set it up.
Note that there will be a short recording outage every time you change a plan as we need to reconfigure your recorder for the new plan. You should allow for 1 hour outage.
Finally, if you need additional recording channel capacity for a reasonable short period of time (typically less than 15 days), then we will be more than happy to enable (if possible) additional recording channel on your current recorder for a short period of time without the need to change your plan.
